Under Discturnkey Holding group, we have Discturnkey Logistics (HK) Co., Ltd, Discturnkey Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Discturnkey Solution Co., Ltd, and Discturnkey Press and Packaging Inc. Our comprehensive range of services includes freight forwarding, warehousing & logistics, FTZ business, contract packaging, RMA, etc. Our aim is to provide a one-stop solution for all of our clients.

Discturnkey Logistics is dealing in import and export for freights to and from worldwide ports. We expertise on ¡°Door To Door¡± service included FCL, LCL, Transfer Warehouse, Air freight, Transhipment between Shenzhen and Hongkong .We also provide a turn-key service with Entry, Inspection and Quarantine, Fumigation, Packing, Insurance and Tow -tractor. We have an excellent motorcade for the transhipment between Shenzhen and Hongkong.

Nowadays, our business has covered the Pear River Delta and many areas .Our freight agent network spread Europe, America, Southeast, Asia, Australia, Japan and Korea. We have established a close cooperation with almost 20 big international shipping companies during these years. We also have a good relationship with the customs, terminal and customs broker in Shenzhen.

Facilities and capability

Our productive plant is one of the largest and efficient streamlined industry production lines in Futian free trade zone of Shenzhen. The plant is properly equipped with 3 series of modern packaging lines. The complete installation of power and accessories in addition to the developed information and free-flow data interchanging system ensure the 24¡Á7 production at full time.

Full-functioned equipments and machineries of newest technologies are well deployed in the workshop to meet the highest requirements on in turn-time and quality. Some of the equipments include: blistering machine, shrink/cellophane wrapping machine, strapping machine, material conveyer and handler, sealer, printer, and so on.

Productive plant

There are 80000 square feet workshop and 3 customs-supervise storehouse in our warehouse. Discturnkey has comprehensive security and safety systems include the following: Restricted access during working hours; Emergency evacuation and fire control; 7/24 Central Station Monitoring; infrared ray warning system; Monthly inspection of sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers. We also have our own dynamotor in the workshop in order to provide our clients a qualified safe workshop. Recently we are providing distribution service for electronics giant AMD Inc.

Customized supply Chain Management

From raw materials management and light assembly to overseeing finished goods inventory and distribution, Discturnkey provides a full range of supply chain solutions.

We also support CDs and DVDs includes: LSCD, disc protection, shaped disc and various packing materials (i.e. tin pack, wooden box, books, etc.)

Contract packaging

Contract packaging services meet the needs of a wide variety of products, applications, and industries. As a contract packager, we provide resources of equipment, facilities and labor that enable the manufacturer or marketer of a product to outsource specialized packaging projects or an entire packaging process. We have 20 customs-supervised trucks (China mainland-HK) and 46 customs-supervised trucks (HK-China mainland).
