1. To foster the development of Hong Kong as a wine trading and distribution hub in Asia, the Customs and Excise Department (C & ED) of Hong Kong and the General Administration of Customs (GAC) of the Mainland signed on 9 February 2010 the "Co-operation Arrangement on Customs Facilitation Measures for Wine Entering the Mainland through Hong Kong" ("Customs Facilitation Agreement") to expedite customs clearance of wine imported into the Mainland through Hong Kong. The Agreement has been implemented as a pilot in Shenzhen since June 15th 2010.
2. Last Tuesday, the Fourth China (HK) International Service Trade Negotiation Conference was held in HK.
3. The State Administration of Foreign Exchange announced the current effective main laws and regulation of foreign exchange till the end of June of 2010.
4. Recently, the Jiangsu Kunshan Comprehensive Bonded Area (the first period) passed the examination and verification of State.
5. Recently, the first Wine Exchange Center opened at Suzhou Industrial Park Bonded Area.
