1. Last Thursday, the General Administration of Customs released an announcement to further regulating the issues concerning the tariff tax on heavy maintenance reserves and compensation, as well as the income tax related with the airplane lease, and provide facility for enterprises' customs clearance and customs administration.

2. Last Monday, the General Administration of Customs released an announcement to further clarify relevant issues of import consumption tax for refined oil products which will come into effect from July 26th.

3. From July 1st 2010, the Customs bonded supervised model of international service outsourcing imported goods was launched in 21 service outsourcing demonstration cities in China.

4. On July 12th, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the Administrative Measures for Trademark Agents which came into effect from the announcing day.

5. Recently, the General Administration of Customs approved the Customs Information Standardized System and Regulation on Security and Risk Evaluation for Customs Information System which will be effective from August 1st 2010.

6. Recently, the State Administration of Taxation announced a Circular on Carrying out Spot Check of Enterprises' Preparation of Contemporaneous Documentation with the purpose of understanding the enterprises' compliance in course of contemporaneous documentation and the relevant problems, and decided to carry out spot check of enterprises' preparation of contemporaneous documentation in a national wide.

7. The State Administration of Taxation released the Operating Guidelines on Deduction and Exemption of Tax on Enterprises' Offshore Incomes, which shall come into effect as of January 1, 2010.
